Problem

You want to know which permissions to grant for the Freshservice provisioning app.

Answer

You do not need any special Microsoft Entra ID permissions to set up provisioning. You set it up with the SCIM endpoint URL, the OAuth token and the attribute mappings. The app works like other SCIM provisioning apps in the Microsoft gallery.

Steps

Follow the Application Setup Guide: install the app in Freshservice, add Freshservice Provisioning in Microsoft Entra ID, enter the endpoint URL and token, and set the mappings.
