It looks like the Azure SCIM integration is erroring with a "Not Authorized" message/error.
{"code":"access_denied","message":"You are not authorized to perform this action."}The Not Authorized message is shown when the Freshservice Admin Agent API key you are using is no longer active. You would have used this API key when you first configured the “Azure Provisioning (SCIM)” app on Freshservice.
Can you check if this Admin Agent was recently deactivated from the system?
We have two options here:
1. If the Admin Agent was temporarily deactivated and can be reactivated, we would suggest that you reactivate the agent.
2. If the Admin Agent was deactivated and cannot be reactivated, you might have to uninstall the Azure Provisioning (SCIM) inside *Freshservice Admin > Apps*, and reinstall it with a new Org Admin / Account Admin API key. You would receive a new Bearer Token which should be pasted in *Freshservice Provisioning app > Provisioning* inside Azure. You do not have to uninstall the app on Azure.
We would suggest not to use Occasional Agent's API key as it might expire in 24 hours.
