The timezone and locale/language fields are available within Azure as an easy-to-use attribute. However, please note that Freshservice has certain naming conventions for the values of both timezone and locale fields.
Timezone: For the timezone values, please refer to List of Time Zones Supported in Freshservice. The column on the left would be the values that you should be using.
Language: Freshservice follows a 2-character code for languages. The list of supported language codes are: en,ar,ca,cs,cy-GB,da,de,es-LA,es,et,fi,fr,he,hr,hu,id,it,ja-JP,ko,lv-LV,nb-NO,nl,pl,pt-BR,pt-PT,ro,ru-RU,sk,sl,sv-SE,th,tr,uk,vi,zh-CN,zh-TW (these are the same values that you can find in the language dropdown within the product).
