Here is how you can get the extended log files.
1. Go to Enterprise Applications on your Azure Portal.
2. Click on Freshservice Provisioning
3. Click on “Provisioning Logs” in the left pane
4. Enter the right search criteria (contact name or date range) so you can narrow down to the record(s) that are affected.
5. Choose Download > CSV.
6. Download all 3 logs from the modal.
