Azure can notify you if there are provisioning errors. This is a standard SCIM feature of Azure, which applies to the Freshservice Provisioning as well.
Please head over to Enterprise Applications > Freshservice Provisioning > select the "Provisioning" tab on the left side. From the top tabs, click "Edit Provisioning". Next, expand the "Settings" accordion. Enable the checkbox to send an email, followed by the email address that should receive an email notification.
Azure will then automatically send out an email when a failure occurs.
